Linda Lau is the President of Global Law Group, an immigration law firm with offices located in South Pasadena, California and a representative office in Shanghai, China.
Linda practices immigration law with a strong emphasis on the Fifth Employment-Based Preference (EB-5) Immigrant Investor Program. Linda has extensive experiences in handling immigration cases for high net-worth investors and foreign entrepreneurs desiring to establish a commercial enterprise in the U.S. as well as structuring regional centers for developers and businesses. Linda received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law. She earned her Master’s degree from the University of Michigan, and her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley. She served on the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”) EB-5 Committee for many years, including the Vice Chair of the EB-5 Committee. She is a frequent lecturer and speaker at national and regional seminars and conferences on inbound immigration through investments in business organizations.

Attorney Linda Lau is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and is a native of Hong Kong.
