Rex is also Vice President of Chinese Finance Association, an independent not-for-profit 501(c) organization committed to promoting educational and cultural exchange among finance professionals between the United States and Greater China.
Rex earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from Zhejiang University of Economics and Finance; he also received a Master Degree in Public Administration from ColumbiaUniversity in New York City and M.S. in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno.
